From good to great, LTC Consumer’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) has jumped to 91! But what exactly does that mean?

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a standard measure of customer happiness across industries, products, and services. A company’s NPS score is measured by asking customers one question: “How likely is it that you would recommend [company or product] to a friend or colleague?”

People can answer on a scale of 0 to 10, with 0 being “Not at all Likely” and 10 being “Extremely Likely.” Answers to this question are what forms LTC Consumer’s NPS.

NPS’s are all about relationships, not just business transactions. Asking people if they’d recommend a company is based on their entire experience and overall sentiment. If their experience wasn’t stellar, their rating of a company will reflect it.
