Richard is knowledgeable on LTC. He informed me of all my options. I was able to see all the options available to me. Also it was helpful to work with an affordable premium. It was easy making a decision that I am comfortable with.

Answered all questions truthfully, explained all aspects of the policy to us in a way that we could understand.
