Samantha Johnson was extremely knowledgeable, diligent, patient and precise. She took the time to answer my questions, explained the entire concept of LTC; which is not easy. Anytime I sent an email or text; she responded quickly and with exact direction. All the time being friendly and nice. I would invite her to my next family BBQ; if we lived closer….LOL
