“(The) price was appropriate. It was a lot better than I expected it to be. The enrollment process was easy although it’s always uncomfortable for me to talk to someone I don’t know with personal information like putting my social security number in a document. … The process was expedited. On first contact with them, I was not eligible because I had surgery. And then the rep followed through with everything that he said he was gonna do. He emailed me when he was supposed and call me when he was supposed to. It all happened much quicker than he expected. … Overall it was a good experience.”
