Lisa Freeman is a Consumer Specialist who has a passion for educating others about the benefits of long term care planning. She transitioned into the LTCI industry after a 15+ year career as a licensed Physical Therapist, and has extensive experience working with seniors in assisted living facilities and adult foster care homes.

Lisa’s excitement for LTCI stems from her career as a PT, but also on a more personal level. Lisa’s mother spent 7 years in a Medicaid nursing home due to a severe form of Multiple Sclerosis, and her family continues to feel the emotional and financial burden of those years.

Lisa graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. She then moved back home to Oregon to begin her career. Lisa is married with 3 sons and lives in the Pacific Northwest. She enjoys boating with her family, playing tennis, and walking her dogs, Izzy and Hallie.
