(Pamela) was tranquil, calm, listened intently to my needs, seemed to genuinely want to help me with LTC, very mild mannered, not pushy, polite, and knowledgeable. Very easy engaging with her. (Pamela was) very knowledgeable and seemed to provide, a somewhat custom made policy to meet my need or tried to get close to it. (She) listened and tried her best to accommodate my need. She didn’t talk to much, but listened to me. That’s important to be. I (found) the policy has a lot of flexibility, lots of options, and is a good rate.
