Jay Rosen was practically born into the insurance industry, being the 3rd generation of an independent agency running since 1973. After seeing all four of his grandparents need long term care services and how many clients of the agency personally benefited from these type of policies, the long term care industry became a natural choice for him.

Licensed since 1995, Jay has used his experience in assisting individuals with designing plans and customizing solutions tailored to specific situations. He was recognized by the American Association of Long Term Care Insurance as the nation’s #1 overall producer of individual long term care insurance premium for a number of years and is well respected by his peers and colleagues.

Jay has two sons, Zachary and Caleb who mean the world to him. His passion is to help people extend their quality of life, touching individuals and families one at a time.
